One build, from flat sheet to finished unit
Custom fabrication brings every process into one job. Laser-cut parts, formed panels, welded frames and machined components are built into equipment frames, skids, enclosures and project-specific structures at one facility, with one point of contact. There is no need to coordinate three or four vendors and the transport between them.
Recent work includes the stainless steel housings for Avior Aqua's NanoZone and NanoOxy units, taken from drawing review to finished, field-ready units.
Typical custom-fabricated structures
- Equipment frames and skids: bases and mounting frames for OEM and process equipment.
- Enclosures and housings: cabinets for pumps, panels, controls and machinery, with doors, vents and cut-outs.
- Mobile units: cabinets on castors with cut-outs for gauges, flow meters and controls.
- Guards and covers: fixed guards, access covers and perforated screens.
- Site structures: supports, platforms and brackets for contractors and facilities teams.
How a custom project runs
Every project starts with a technical review of the drawing, sketch, dimensions or photo. Material, quantity, finish and complexity are assessed before quotation, and anything outside the machine capacity is flagged early. Without a drawing, a paid drawing-preparation service turns a sketch or sample into a production-ready file.
What to send
- General arrangement drawing, 3D model (STEP) or a dimensioned sketch
- Material for each part, such as a mild steel frame with stainless steel panels
- The loads and environment the unit must handle
- Bought-out items to be fitted, such as castors, hinges, locks or gauges
- Finish: buffed, powder coated or painted, and the colour
- Quantity, target date and site location
Files can be uploaded on the contact page. Anything missing is raised during the technical review, so nothing is assumed silently.
Why one supplier for the whole build
Splitting a build between a laser cutter, a bending shop and a welder means three quotations, three lead times and parts travelling across the city. One facility means one quotation, one contact and one team responsible for the finished unit fitting together.
Finishing and delivery
Buffing is done in house, and powder coating and painting are arranged through finishing partners, so a unit can leave ready for site. Small jobs are often completed within a day, and larger orders take one to two weeks. Delivery is available anywhere in India at actual logistics cost.
