Which files are accepted?
DXF, DWG, STEP, IGES or PDF drawings, dimensioned sketches or clear photos. Files can be uploaded on the contact page, or sent on WhatsApp or by email.
Is there a minimum order quantity?
No. Single pieces and one-off jobs are accepted alongside bulk and repeat orders.
Which materials are worked?
Mild steel, stainless steel, aluminium and copper, across cutting, bending, welding and fabrication.
What size of sheet can be laser cut?
The fiber laser bed takes sheets up to 1500 × 3000 mm. Larger parts can be cut in sections and welded.
Which welding processes are available?
Spot welding, argon welding, arc welding and CO2 welding.
Can parts be bent after cutting?
Yes, on a hydraulic press brake in the same facility. Feasibility is confirmed from the drawing.
Is CNC turning offered?
No. Conventional, non-CNC lathe turning and pillar drilling are offered, alongside fabrication or as standalone job work.
How long does a job take?
Small jobs are typically completed within a day. Larger orders generally take one to two weeks, depending on material, quantity, finish and complexity.
Is there help without a drawing?
Yes. A paid drawing-preparation service converts a sketch, sample or requirement into a production-ready drawing.
Is finishing available?
Buffing is done in house. Powder coating and painting are arranged through finishing partners as part of the same order.
Are parts delivered outside Mumbai?
Yes, anywhere in India. Delivery is charged at actual logistics cost based on destination, weight and volume.

At Gala No. G9, Nadeem Industrial Estate, Chinchoti, Vasai East, Palghar, Maharashtra 401208, on the Mumbai–Ahmedabad highway. Open monday to saturday, 9 am to 8 pm.
