Structural welding and assembly
Frames, machine supports, equipment bases, enclosures and complete assemblies are welded at the Ferum facility in Vasai East. Welding is available on components you supply, or as the final step of a build that starts with laser cutting and bending.
Because cutting, forming and welding happen in one facility, parts reach the welding bay already cut to size from the same drawing. Fit-up stays tight, and the gaps and rework that come from mixing vendors are avoided.
Typical welded work
- Frames and supports: structural frames, machine supports and equipment bases.
- Assemblies: laser-cut and formed parts joined into one finished structure.
- Enclosures and housings: welded cabinets, like the Avior Aqua units.
- Brackets and stands: mounting brackets, stands and skids for OEM equipment.
- Repair parts: one-off replacement components for maintenance teams.
Why weld where the parts are cut
When parts are cut and bent by the same team that welds them, edges are clean, sizes match the drawing, and tabs and slots can be added to the flat parts so the assembly locates itself before welding. Fit-up is faster, and a batch of frames stays consistent from the first unit to the last.
Finish
Buffing is done in house, and powder coating and painting are arranged through finishing partners, so a welded frame can leave ready for site.
What to send
A drawing, sketch, dimensions or reference photo is enough, and files can be uploaded on the contact page. Include the material, overall size, quantity, any weld or finish requirements, and whether the cut and bent parts should also be supplied. There is no minimum order. Small jobs typically finish within a day and larger orders take one to two weeks.
